- Ensure quality standards are met for all production runs
- Troubleshoot equipment and work closely with the production team
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Keep production moving efficiently while delivering top‑tier results
- 5+ years experience in the paper, packaging, or print industry
- Strong knowledge of die‑cutting equipment and processes
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Reliability and a desire to build a long‑term career
- Monday to Thursday — 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Monday to Thursday — 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
