Compensation & Perks $29.50/hour (approx.)
+$1.50/hr night shift premium

Shift Schedule Rotating shifts:
1 week Days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
1 week Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
2–3 days off between rotations
What You’ll Be Doing Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on production machinery
Support equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement
Conduct pre-shift safety checks and inspections
Follow strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for safe machine handling
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain output
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
Operate and maintain machinery used in the manufacturing of concrete blocks and related products
Prepare and change moulds as needed for production
Load materials and manage batching software systems
Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Inspect and assess overall product quality
Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Support efficient operation of the production line in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For Millwrights, Maintenance Technicians, or similar backgrounds highly valued
Education in Electrical Maintenance or related field is a strong asset
Experience with CNC or manufacturing equipment preferred
Strong understanding of safety practices, PPE, and machinery maintenance
A proactive, hands-on mindset, you take initiative and solve problems before they

* Comfortable working in a loud, dusty environment where floors often vibrate
Working with concrete materials & brick materials
Willing to get your hands dirty and be part of a tight-knit team
Previous work experience in masonry field would be great
Work Environment Industrial setting with heavy machinery and continuous production
Loud workspace, hearing protection required
PPE required: steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and safety gear (hearing and safety gear provided by company)
Physically active role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
