Hands-On Industrialization Technician

Join the Industrialization Team in Markham as a hands-on Technician, supporting automated test systems and manufacturing processes. This role focuses on assembly, maintenance, and operational readiness for production.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with Test and Process Engineers to ensure efficiency in production for New Product Introduction and existing product lines. Your hands-on expertise in electronics assembly and equipment troubleshooting will be invaluable in optimizing manufacturing processes and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and maintain automated test stations and fixtures

• Debug and modify functional test systems with engineers

• Provide L1/L2 support on the production floor

• Manage test equipment and tool inventory effectively

• Support calibration and parts replenishment for test equipment

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or related field

• Hands-on experience in electronics assembly and support

• Ability to read diagrams and schematics

• Proficiency in soldering and using manufacturing tools

• Familiarity with test instruments and embedded systems
