Industrial Millwright 433a

We’re hiring a hands‑on problem solver with expertise in maintaining and repairing complex manufacturing equipment. Join our team and help ensure our production systems run at peak performance.

Pay: $45–48 per hour – Days and afternoon shifts available.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing electro‑mechanical equipment to support production goals and maximize equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electro‑mechanical equipment including drive systems, sensors, cabling, and automated production machinery.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on installations and system evaluations.
  • Build mock‑ups of production equipment and support new specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair systems using knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, motors, and mechanics.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Document technical information through reports, sketches, and calculations.
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and fluid measurements using proper tools and equipment.
  • Assemble/disassemble and calibrate components following procedures.
  • Apply PLC programming and industrial network knowledge to system controls.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Track, collect, and report maintenance data.
  • Support preventive maintenance, installations, and repair projects.
What You Bring
  • Millwright 433a license.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility with experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics/pneumatics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Outlook, and maintenance tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and confident professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
