Hands-On Industrialization Technician

Become a part of the Industrialization Team in Markham as a Technician, collaborating closely with Test and Process Engineers.

Your role focuses on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for production readiness.

In the Technician role, you will engage with engineers to maintain and troubleshoot automated test stations and production equipment. Your hands-on experience in electronics assembly and equipment support is essential for contributing to New Product Introduction and streamlining existing product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, wire, and maintain automated test stations and fixtures

• Support debugging and modification of test systems

• Provide L1/L2 production floor support

• Manage test equipment inventory and parts replenishment

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or related field

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing support

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics

• Proficiency in soldering and hand tools

• Familiarity with test instruments and embedded systems
