UV Coater Operator in Printing Production

Become an essential part of the production team as a UV Coater Operator s role focuses on operating and maintaining UV coating equipment to deliver high-quality finishes.

Reporting to the Supervisor, the UV Coater Operator ensures products meet specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include setting up and monitoring UV Coater equipment and coordinating with the Production Team to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the coating process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate UV Coater equipment accurately

• Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal coating quality

• Conduct test runs and quality checks on finished products

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production staff

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area

Requirements:
