Qualifications
3–5+ years of CSR experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging industry strongly preferred)
Experience with EDI order processing and manual order entry
Strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (Sage is an asset)
A proven ability to manage key customer accounts and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting major customer accounts while working closely with production and sales.
