We're partnering with a well-established packaging manufacturer that is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its team.
Qualifications- 3–5+ years of CSR experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging industry strongly preferred)
- Experience with EDI order processing and manual order entry
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (Sage is an asset)
- A proven ability to manage key customer accounts and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting major customer accounts while working closely with production and sales.
