Position: Laminator Operator with Sinalite

Sinalite is seeking a skilled Laminator Operator with 3-5 years of experience in lamination and production. You'll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining the laminator while conducting quality checks and following safety protocols. This position requires forklift operation and a strong attention to detail, ensuring materials match specifications for optimal production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the laminating machine per guidelines

• Manage pre‑run tests for coding weights and bond strength

• Perform quality checks on materials before production begins

• Load and unload materials using defined equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas to AIB standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of lamination and production experience

• Forklift operation certification

• High school diploma preferred

• Understanding of food safety from AIB standards

• Ability to learn alternative production machines
