Position: Industrialization Technician with Hands-On Expertise
Join the team in Markham as an Industrialization Technician, where you will work alongside Test and Process Engineers. This hands-on role focuses on the development and maintenance of essential test systems and tools for production efficiency.

In this position, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and supporting production equipment while collaborating with engineers to resolve complex issues. Your hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and electronics is crucial for supporting New Product Introduction and existing lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and maintain automated test stations and fixtures

• Assist in debugging and modifying test systems

• Provide critical support on the production floor

• Manage inventory for test equipment and tools

• Drive Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or a related field

• Proven experience in manufacturing support and assembly

• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams

• Skilled in soldering and using hand tools

• Familiar with embedded systems and test instruments
