Become a vital part of the G+D Payment Technology team as a Manual Operator I on the day shift (7am-3pm). This role demands strong attention to detail to ensure quality production.

As a Manual Operator I, you'll adhere to established processes while managing multiple orders efficiently. This position emphasizes quality control and compliance with strict safety protocols. Join us for a three-month contract with a pathway to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold quality standards for all production tasks

• Achieve established benchmarks within a month

• Follow internal safety and processing policies

• Keep the workstation organized and clean

• Notify management of safety concerns immediately

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of manufacturing/production experience

• Completion of High School preferred

• Strong time management and detail orientation

• Ability to thrive with minimal supervision

• Capable of lifting up to 20lbs and adapting to shift changes
