Magna is seeking a highly skilled Tool and Die Maker with a valid Ontario certificate and a minimum of seven years of experience. You will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, managing spare parts inventory, and driving continuous improvement in production capacity.

Your role requires in-depth knowledge of fine-blanking, advanced transfer dies, and deep draw processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain tools as directed by the toolroom manager

• Develop new dies and implement advanced troubleshooting solutions

• Manage the spare parts inventory effectively

• Pursue continuous improvement in tool performance

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario tool and die maker certificate

• 7+ years of experience in fine-blanking and die processes

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Grade 12 education and relevant apprenticeship

• Certified crane operator with WHMIS training
