FS Tool Corporation is looking for an experienced Cylindrical Grinder with at least four years of expertise in precision manufacturing. You will read complex blueprints, perform critical inspections, and maintain top quality standards throughout your work. Your knowledge of CNC and manual grinding operations will contribute directly to our manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC grinding machines

• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and GD&T

• Perform inspections and verify parts with calibrated instruments

• Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine parameters as needed

• Maintain accurate production documentation and machine cleanliness

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years CNC grinding machine experience

• Strong manual and CNC grinding operations knowledge

• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex blueprints

• Experience with first-off inspections and quality checks

• Knowledge of CAM files and CNC programming
