Production Associate / Production Line, Production QC/QA, Production Manager, Fabrication
This is not a graphic design-only position and it is also not a production management-only desk role.
This is a hands‑on production role. Although the title includes “Assistant Manager,” the position requires actively operating equipment, preparing files, producing graphics, finishing jobs, organizing workflow, and troubleshooting issues.
We are looking for someone who can help manage and organize production, but who is also willing and able to physically do the work. The right candidate should be comfortable moving between the computer, production equipment, finishing table, shop floor, and occasional on‑site work as needed.
About the RoleAxe Media Group is a Markham-based print, signage, branding, and event production company. We produce large format graphics, signage, displays, vinyl graphics, event branding, custom print pieces, and related products.
We are looking for a Print & Graphics Production Assistant Manager to help with day‑to‑day design, prepress, production, finishing, job organization, and general production support.
This role is best suited for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, practical, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production/shop environment.

- Experience preparing files for print production.
- Strong understanding of print setup, sizing, bleed, resolution, colour, and finishing requirements.
