As Burloak Technologies' Senior CNC Machinist, you will oversee intricate machining tasks, rigorously adhering to AS9100 standards. You'll need a solid foundation in CNC operations, particularly on FANUC controls, along with a commitment to safety and precision. Collaborate with various teams to mentor and elevate junior machinists as you optimize processes and improve overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC mills and lathes on complex projects

• Monitor and enhance operational reliability and performance

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machinery

• Document machining processes for traceability

• Mentor and support junior machinists

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years CNC machining experience

• Expertise in 3-axis and 5-axis techniques

• Deep understanding of G-code and GD&T

• Experience with EDM technologies advantageous

• Familiar with aerospace-grade materials
