Toro Glasswall Inc. is expanding its team with multiple assembly worker positions available primarily in Glass, Panels, Vents, Prep, and Frame Departments. You will perform hands-on assembly duties, utilizing various tools while maintaining a clean workspace. Ideal candidates have experience in industrial manufacturing and are committed to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components by measuring, fitting, and fastening

• Perform general labour tasks and maintain work area cleanliness

• Utilize hand and power tools effectively

• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently during shifts

• Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings

Requirements:

• Experience in heavy or industrial manufacturing

• Familiarity with window and/or door manufacturing preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Good communication skills in English

• Reliable and punctual, able to work collaboratively
