Key Responsibilities:

• Empower operators through targeted training in Lean practices

• Perform Gemba walks to observe and document issues

• Analyze operational data for substantial process improvements

• Facilitate the development of the 5S program and audit systems

• Collaborate on projects that enhance quality and reduce costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline

• Demonstrated experience in CI roles

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledgeable in data analysis and documentation tools
