Tech Digital SMT Production Operator

Join Tech Digital as an SMT Production Operator, handling SMT equipment and ensuring top-quality assembly standards. Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will operate and maintain SMT line equipment, focusing on quality verification and part handling. Your experience in a production environment will be key to meeting manufacturing targets and compliance with Tech Digital's procedures. Collaboration and adherence to safety protocols are vital in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SMT line machinery seamlessly

• Set up for machine/feeder accurately

• Tape and reel parts effectively

• Verify assembly before reflow process

• Perform daily maintenance of SMT equipment

Requirements:

• Grade 12 graduate or equivalent

• At least 2 years' SMT operation experience

• Familiarity with electronic components and processes

• Effective communication skills are necessary

• Must have WHMIS Training
