The Markham Industrialization Team seeks an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive efficiency in electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. You’ll manage product structures within SAP while leading DFM/DFA initiatives to enhance manufacturability. Your expertise in Lean methodologies, specifically Kaizen and 5S, will help optimize workflows and improve production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead industrialization strategies for new products

• Develop assembly work instructions and process flows

• Maximize production throughput and eliminate bottlenecks

• Execute Lean methodologies for workflow optimization

• Manage complex product structures in SAP and MES

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or Engineering

• Minimum 5 years in electro-mechanical manufacturing

• Experience with IPC-A-610/620 standards

• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
