Aerospace CNC Drilling Machine Operator

Operate CNC or manually controlled equipment at Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. in Stratford, using precision measurement and production skills.

This full-time Drilling Machine Operator position supports aerospace production at Schaeffler’s Stratford facility. You will set up production processes, troubleshoot issues, inspect completed work, and record production data. The role also includes reading production prints, maintaining equipment, and training operators as needed.

• Set up and operate CNC or manually controlled production equipment
• Troubleshoot process issues to meet required production standards
• Inspect work using provided precision measuring equipment
• Record data in routers, IMS, and tracking systems
• Maintain equipment, housekeeping, and 5S standards

• Grade 12 diploma
• Equivalent machining background or mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret production prints
• Adequate computer skills for accessing production procedures
• Ability to pass required Canadian and export assessments
