- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
- Create strategy and optimization for Google Ad campaigns (SEM)
- Create strategy and optimization for Social Ads ( Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok Ads)
- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS (Return of Ads Spend)
- Supervise the paid listings on third party websites and media partners
- Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
- Create strategy and optimization for email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
- Supervise all performance tracker and measure all marketing campaigns
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and asset
- Should have at least 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools for generating insights.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools i.e. Mailchimp, Mixpanel, Insider SMS tools, etc
- Google Ads Search and Display certified
- GAIQ certified
- Google Tag Manager
- Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend
- Email marketing platforms
- Self-driven
- Degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent
- Past relevant experience in the Financial industry/fintech is highly valued
