Position Details
What You Will Do
Develop and recommend formal marketing strategies, plans and roadmaps for various campaign types including awareness, education, and acquisition
Participate and contribute to the annual P&C Insurance strategic planning sessions
Assist in the development of the annual Marketing Plan for digital marketing initiatives
Lead campaign planning meetings and brainstorms with key stakeholders to obtain new marketing ideas and key insights/feedback
Develop strategic digital marketing plans for each acquisition initiative, in the context of the overarching annual sales plan, based on objectives, timelines and budgets
Plan and execute results‑driven marketing campaigns for all partner clubs through digital marketing channels to increase new business sales and other marketing objectives
Collaborate with sister clubs on strategy and execution of digital marketing tactics in their respective regions
Manage the end‑to‑end digital marketing campaign process to meet key performance indicators as per the annual marketing plan
Work with database marketing team (internal & external) and sister clubs to establish analytics and reporting, including customer profiling/segmentation and ongoing reporting to understand customer behaviour
Active monitoring of campaign spends and performance with ongoing optimizations in collaboration with internal and external partners

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are
Completion of a university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign execution
1–2 years of relevant marketing experience in the Insurance industry, preferably P&C
Experience in managing results‑driven marketing campaigns through various digital marketing channels and segmented target audiences
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, practices and standards, with experience in integrating online and offline initiatives
Proven track record of success in driving digital marketing growth and ROI
Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads), email marketing, and content strategy
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau
Experience with social media marketing and managing multi‑channel digital campaigns
