Position Description
As the Marketing Manager – HVAC Products Sales Division, you are responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing and communication strategies. The successful candidate is responsible for meeting profitability goals using the executed marketing strategies. This position reports to the Director of Residential Sales & Supply Chain – HVAC Product Sales Division.
Develop and maintain annual marketing plans and budget templates in collaboration with the HVAC Sales & Product management team.Communicate with customers to development their marketing plans.Network, build, and maintain relationships with the company’s HVAC distribution partners, factories, offices, and other sales subsidiaries.Develop, organize, and manage HVAC marketing activities including trade shows, customer plant visits, and customer incentive trips.Manage any and all external communication regarding HVAC sales and marketing.Prepare and provide program metrics, analytics, and data for product incentive programs to allow effective and strategic decision making.Manage, coach, and mentor the marketing team by establishing and reviewing performance objectives.Increase and manage national brand awareness.Compose press releases for distribution to media.Other duties, as assigned.Experience
A minimum 10 years’ marketing experience for commercial ventilation products with excellent knowledge of ventilation industry across Canada.Minimum 5 years of experience managing a marketing team in a corporate environment with digital and electronic media focus.Extensive B2B marketing with some B2C marketing experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Sense of creativity.Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communications preferably or other similar discipline.
