With roots in the dental wholesale and distribution industry Frontier Dental Supply, Inc., was formed in 2016. We are headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

About the Role

This is not a traditional PR role — and it’s not a brand exercise.

Frontier Dental is hiring its first-ever Director of PR & Thought Leadership to build credibility as a growth engine. This role owns how trust is created, distributed, and converted — at the exact moment dentists are making decisions.

You’ll build the function from the ground up, partner closely with executive leadership and performance marketing, and turn earned authority into measurable business impact.

This is a game-changing role for the company — and a defining opportunity for the right leader.

What You’ll Own PR & Media Relations
  • Secure earned coverage in U.S. dental, business, and trade publications
  • Build and manage journalist and editor relationships
  • Develop compelling story angles that reinforce trust and differentiation
Trade Media & Placements
  • Lead paid and earned trade placements supporting acquisition and retention
  • Own timelines, creative needs, and execution
Influencer & Clinical Partnerships
  • Identify, recruit, and manage U.S.

    -based dental influencers and clinical voices
  • Own partnerships end-to-end, from outreach to performance reporting
  • Ensure all work delivers real proof — not fluff
Executive Thought Leadership
  • Ghostwrite high-impact content for Frontier Dental leadership
  • Produce Linked In posts, bylined articles, media commentary, and customer narratives
Organic Social (Credibility Distribution)
  • Own Frontier’s organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and You Tube
  • Turn PR wins, influencer content, and testimonials into ongoing trust signals
Authority Content & SEO
  • Build educational, credibility-driven content that improves conversion confidence
  • Support SEO with substance, not generic blogging
  • Translate earned authority into paid media inputs (landing pages, ad creative, retargeting proof)
  • Partner closely with performance marketing to improve CVR and reduce CPA
Measurement & Reporting
  • Own monthly reporting on PR impact, social credibility, authority signals, and downstream conversion influence
Who You Are

You’re a strategic PR leader who can also execute. You know how to build authority — and you care that it actually drives results.

You bring:
  • 8+ years in PR, communications, or thought leadership
  • (Dental, healthcare, or high-growth performance environments preferred)
  • Proven success securing earned media and managing press relationships
  • Exceptional executive-level writing skills (ghostwriting for senior leaders)
  • Experience managing and mentoring others (1 direct report in this role)
Tools & Platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Cision or comparable PR/media database tools
  • Deep familiarity with:
  • You Tube (creator partnerships and collaboration)
  • Instagram & Facebook (organic proof and influencer execution)
  • Linked In (executive thought leadership and authority building)
