Communications Co-op Opportunity with GIP

Help shape internal messaging as a Communications Co-op with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. This position focuses on supporting internal communications and enhancing employee engagement.

Working within the HR team, you'll assist in drafting clear communications, managing intranet content, and engaging in various projects that foster a collaborative work environment. This role is perfect for students in Communications, Public Relations, or HR who excel in high-energy settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and publish employee communications and updates

• Manage content on intranet platforms for news and updates

• Support HR in engagement and recognition programs

• Assist with employee experience during acquisitions

• Propose improvements for communication channels

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a relevant postsecondary program

• Content creation experience on digital platforms is a plus

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and design tools

• Familiarity with SharePoint or equivalent

• Capable of lifting up to 25lbs
