Responsibilities   Create engaging, high-converting video and visual content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, You Tube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu
Manage and update our Word Press website with program info, promotions, blog content, and lead capture tools
Design promotional materials (flyers, decks, social graphics) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Plan and publish content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, You Tube, Google)
Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights
Qualifications   Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Chinese language skills are an asset, especially for Xiaohongshu content
