International Marketing Manager Clover Leaf

This role reports to the Senior Trade and Consumer Marketing Manager and requires a marketing leader with at least five years of progressive experience in consumer-packaged goods, preferably in food or beverage. You will develop integrated marketing plans based on consumer insights while ensuring excellent execution in diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual marketing plans for Brunswick and Bumble Bee

• Partner with Territory Managers to identify growth opportunities

• Lead consumer marketing programs across digital channels

• Manage distributor and agency relationships effectively

• Analyze market data and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing or related field

• Five+ years of marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods

• Fluency in English and Spanish

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
