Position: Cantonese Pastor with a Kingdom Mindset
Serve as a Cantonese Pastor with a Kingdom Mindset at Toronto Christian Community Church, focusing on caring and hospitality to transform lives. Your mission will be to cultivate a welcoming community.

As a full-time pastor, you will nurture missional disciples through caring ministries and intentional hospitality. Your leadership will involve coordinating small groups, supporting congregants in need, and collaborating with other pastoral staff. A heart for service and strong commitment to discipleship is expected to empower leaders within the church.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pastoral care through various support methods

• Coordinate follow-up for newcomers and provide guidance

• Assist with pastoral duties including weddings and funerals

• Oversee the Caring Ministry’s functions

• Equip lay leaders for effective ministry outreach

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant pastoral experience

• MDiv or equivalent theological education

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in Cantonese and English required

• Commitment to the church’s mission statement
