• Mentor and guide Personal Support Workers effectively
• Notify health teams about significant changes in resident conditions
• Implement policies with Registered Nurse collaboration
• Engage in effective shift reporting processes
Requirements:
• Background in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing
• In-depth knowledge of pertinent health legislation
• Current nursing college accreditation and good standing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality care
