In this casual part-time role, you will uphold the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your key responsibilities involve supervising Personal Support Workers, coordinating patient care, and maintaining effective communication with families. You will contribute to a culturally inclusive service model that enriches the lives of older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing assessments and care plans
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit
• Maintain up-to-date medication records
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care conferences
• Provide mentorship to healthcare students
Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse certificate in Ontario
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to converse in Chinese is an asset
