• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers
• Coordinate and lead shift reports for the healthcare team
• Document significant changes in residents' conditions
• Review and process physician orders promptly
• Communicate difficulties in processing orders to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Solid background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Knowledgeable in relevant health regulations and standards
• Registered in good standing with provincial registry
• Commitment to person-centered care in nursing practice
