- Offer professional nursing care aligned with Age Care standards
- Provide guidance and support to Personal Support Workers
- Liaise with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Notify doctors of any significant changes in residents
- Engage in comprehensive team reports during shifts
- Current Ontario Certificate of Competence in nursing
- Background in geriatric or long-term nursing
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations
- Strong commitment to quality care and teamwork
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred
