In this casual RPN role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive nursing care in transitional care units. Working a full 8-hour shift at one designated facility, your contributions will help improve the physical and emotional well-being of patients, always adhering to the College of Nurses of Ontario standards and facility protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care under the guidance of registered nurses

• Assess and document patient needs and responses

• Support patient well-being in transitional care settings

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care

• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing

• Valid RPN licensure in good standing

• 300 hours of recent nursing experience in relevant areas

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
