Take on a rewarding role as a Registered Nurse in the NICU at Oak Valley Health, where you will be part of a specialized team caring for vulnerable newborns on a rotating schedule.
As part of the Childbirth and Children’s Centre, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse. Candidates should have a current nursing registration and preferably a BScN. NRP and STABLE certifications are mandatory, with a preference for those having at least two years of NICU experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional nursing care to neonatal patients
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Perform detailed physical assessments on patients
• Document patient information accurately using computer systems
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
Requirements:
• License with the College of Nurses required
• BScN (or working towards) is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in NICU
• NRP and STABLE certifications mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
