Emergency Registered Practical Nurse Position

At Oak Valley Health, you will care for lower acuity emergency patients in collaboration with physicians. We seek compassionate, team-oriented individuals who hold current registration with the College of Nurses and possess recent RPN experience in an Emergency setting.

Your role will include patient teaching, assessment, and support during minor procedures as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care to lower acuity emergency patients

• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and education

• Assist in minor procedures and medication administration

• Maintain a patient/family centered care environment

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses

• Recent RPN experience in Emergency Department

• Completion of Coronary Care 1 program or equivalent

• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills

• Proven organizational and communication abilities
