Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of employee absence cases

• Analyze medical documentation for accommodations

• Ensure confidentiality of health records and compliance

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams

• Participate in health program evaluations and consultations
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with good standing in Ontario

• Preferably holds a Bachelor in Nursing

• At least 5 years in relevant case management experience

• Strong knowledge of health regulations and laws

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
