The successful candidate will join the Emergency Department's interprofessional team at Oak Valley Health. This role involves caring for lower acuity patients while applying your critical thinking and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have recent RPN experience and a strong commitment to patient education and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for lower acuity emergency patients with compassion

• Collaborate with physicians for patient-centered care

• Conduct patient education and physical assessments

• Assist with minor procedures and suture removals

• Maintain high standards of patient and family satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current nursing registration with the College of Nurses

• Minimum recent RPN experience in an Emergency setting

• Completion of Coronary Care 1 or ongoing enrollment

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
