Part Time Shift Nurse

Provide exceptional pediatric nursing care as a part time Shift Nurse with Closing the Gap Healthcare in Markham. Specialize in tracheostomy management, ventilator support, and personal care from 2pm-8pm.

Closing the Gap Healthcare is searching for a dedicated part time Shift Nurse to join its team in Markham. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, client-centered care while utilizing specialized skills in pediatric nursing. A minimum of two years’ experience in community care or clinical settings is preferred, along with RN or RPN certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized care for pediatric clients

• Administer medications and assist in personal care

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

• Maintain client reports and updates with attention to detail

• Follow safety protocols to ensure client welfare

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) certification

• Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level

C)

• Minimum two years of experience in community care

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Current Mask Fit test certification
