Fonemed is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to manage calls on Newfoundland and Labrador’s 811 Health Line. This role involves exercising clinical judgment and thorough documentation while providing mental health and crisis intervention support. You will work in a shift pattern tailored to meet our 24/7 operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage patient calls and recommend timely interventions
• Offer mental health support during critical situations
• Apply clinical protocols for care accuracy
• Maintain confidential patient records as required
• Provide clear instructions during patient interactions
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Nursing School
• At least 2 years of clinical or triage experience
• Active licensure with CRNNL or ability to obtain
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth
• Dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
