This is a casual role ideal for an experienced nurse. You will oversee health assessments, manage insurance claims, and promote workplace well-being. The position emphasizes collaboration with health professionals to implement supportive care solutions for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management for occupational health claims
• Conduct vision, hearing, and physical exams as required
• Advise on ergonomic assessments and return-to-work plans
• Educate staff on health and wellness practices
• Participate in implementing health surveillance programs
Requirements:
• Fully licensed RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience
• Completion of Occupational Health Nursing certification desired
• Experience in disability case management
• Strong knowledge of safety and employment legislation
