Role Overview
The Village of Stouffer Mills has an exciting opportunity for a RAI Coordinator to join their team.
Position Details- Status: 2 Permanent Full-Time and 1 Permanent Part-time.
- Location:
1020 Hoover Park Drive, L4A 0K2, ON. - Expected start date:
Late summer 2026. - Hiring range: $63,804 - $67,800.
- Hold a current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Have a current Heart Save Level of CPR.
- Possess a current certificate in Credentialing (MDS).
- Hold a current AIS certification.
- Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role.
- Support and embrace the resident‑centered social culture, delivering the highest quality of service to residents, visitors, and team members.
- A current RPNAO membership.
- Demonstrable experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations, and best practices applicable to the Retirement and Long‑Term Care sector (e.g., RAI processes and CIHI, supplies, equipment ordering).
