Join SE Health as an Occupational Health Nurse, where you’ll be responsible for guiding employees through health challenges and return-to-work processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop occupational health programs while leveraging your clinical expertise in disability management. Flexibility in work arrangements allows you to balance virtual and occasional in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee case management and accommodation requests
• Evaluate medical documentation to develop modified duties
• Act as a key contact for disability process navigation
• Contribute to health safety program development
• Uphold strong relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements:
• RN with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BSN and Occupational Health Nursing Diploma required
• At least 5 years’ experience in related fields
• Knowledge of health legislation and best practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Support employee health initiatives through effective case management at SE Health.
