Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to established protocols
• Coordinate with health professionals for resident welfare
• Oversee Personal Support Workers’ activities
• Take part in shift reports to ensure clear communication
• Alert physicians of any changes in resident health
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatric and long-term care
• Awareness of health regulations and safety standards
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Membership in good standing with the College of Nurses
