In this rewarding RPN role, you will work within a dynamic interprofessional team, providing care to patients classified as alternative level of care (ALC). You are expected to apply your clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication expertise to enhance patient and family experiences while promoting community health. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care to ALC patients in a transitional setting

• Assess and manage aggressive patient behaviors safely

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and interventions

• Support patient transitions to the community

• Engage in ongoing learning and professional growth

Requirements:

• Valid Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or medical/surgical care

• BLS certification required

• Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
