As a Registered Nurse at Oak Valley Health, you will join the Surgical System team in the Outpatient Procedure Suites.

Your role involves performing endoscopic procedures like colonoscopy and gastroscopy, as well as assisting with minor surgical procedures. You will work in an interprofessional team to ensure patient safety and elevate the standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for endoscopy and surgical procedures

• Assist in urologic and ENT minor surgical services

• Participate in patient safety and advocacy initiatives

• Collaborate within an interprofessional team setting

• Maintain high standards of care and communication

Requirements:

• RN with an undergraduate nursing degree

• Current Ontario nursing registration

• Postgraduate Certificate in Operating Room Nursing

• Minimum 2 years in an endoscopy environment

• BCLS certification required
