Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide Registered Practical Nurses and Support Workers
• Communicate with physicians regarding resident health
• Implement resident services and nursing care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Registered with provincial nursing college
• Understanding of long-term care regulations
• Experience with geriatric care
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
