Position: Compassionate LVN Part-Time Role
Become a part of Visalia Post Acute as a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse in part-time roles. We offer 12-hour shifts in a nurturing nursing environment.

Visalia Post Acute is seeking skilled LVNs to join our team in delivering high-quality care. This position includes supervising nursing assistants, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with care plans. We are focused on employing nurses who have a passion for person-centered healthcare and nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer treatments and monitor patient conditions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Guide and communicate with CNA staff effectively

• Conduct rounds to assure care quality

• Participate in quality assurance and safety audits

Requirements:

• Must hold a current California LVN license

• CPR certification is essential

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program

• Knowledge of Medicare/Medi-Cal is preferred

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
