Join the Sequoia Transitional Care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Porterville, CA, with full-time shifts available. Be the compassionate support that our residents need every day.
We invite Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) passionate about senior care to apply for a full-time role in our 99-bed facility. This position is suitable for experienced CNAs and newcomers alike who are eager to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment dedicated to teamwork and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living and personal care
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Document patient care and status accurately
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Follow prescribed personal care routines
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid CNA certification in California
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
• Reliable with a compassionate, team-focused attitude
