As the Nursing Services Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of nursing staff and operational processes h a minimum of 7 years of nursing experience and a focus on effective resource management, your leadership will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and the ongoing development of quality care protocols. This position thrives on collaboration and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage nursing staff for optimal service delivery
• Conduct compliance audits and quality assurance processes
• Facilitate staffing allocation across nursing resources
• Maintain clinic equipment and supplies effectively
• Lead coordination with onsite providers and support staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required;
Master’s preferred
• At least 7 years as an RN with 3-5 years in management
• Knowledge of regulations and elderly care practices
• BLS certification or higher required
• Experience with interdisciplinary teamwork
