• Document in MAR/TAR with precision

• Maintain medication compliance and conduct narcotic counts

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in good standing

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Solid assessment and documentation abilities

• Preferred experience in senior care or medication tasks

• Ability to report changes in health status timely
